LEADER ATEC Technical Assistance, Evaluation and Consultancy, is a trading company, active on the market since 2007, whose main line of activity is to provide technical assistance and consultancy services for the identification, definition, execution and implementation of projects in different fields of activity, financed from European as wells as international reimbursable and non-reimbursable funds.
From its establishment, the company sought to impose higher professional standards to its team, in view of providing quality services to beneficiaries, as well as personalized consultancy, according to every clients needs. Therefore, Leader ATEC is a steady collaborator of renowned international partners active in the economic, social, local development, environment and information technology sectors, and also in the project assessment of these particular sectors, thus ensuring the success of project definition and implementation.
Our beneficiaries are assisted in the process of obtaining funding from programs and reimbursable or non-reimbursable funds, offered by national and international financial institutions: the European Union (pre-accession funds PHARE and post accession, that is structural funds), the World Bank, private investments funds, banking institutions.
